Your cashback is deposited into your cashback account as soon as the purchase is registered which usually goes relatively quickly. If you have not received cashback after 48 hours, please send the order confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you to re-register the purchase.
Your cashback will be available for withdrawal once we have received payment from Sleep & Beyond, which takes on average 2 months. If it has been more than 3 months since you made your purchase you can contact us and we will check the status of your purchase. If your cashback is incoming and it has been less than 3 months since your purchase, we ask you to wait as it is because we have not been paid for your purchase yet.
